Hollydale Senior Apartments
A design-build mixed use project. There are two small retail spaces on the first floor and 101 affordable senior living units above. Project includes 75 one bedroom apartments, 25 two bedroom apartments, one larger manager’s apartment, a recycling center and a large community room. Units are ADA compliant with kitchens and bathrooms fully handicap accessible. Kitchens are equipped with Energy Star appliances. The landscaping features native drought tolerant plants. The hallways have extra lighting, hallway rails and seating alcoves to allow the residents to rest if needed.
